The primary education goal of the Department of Medical Technology is to train the students to become competent medical technologists in clinical laboratories. The Hematology laboratory is established to offer the basic training in required courses such as Clinical Hematology Laboratory, Clinical Serology Laboratory and Blood Banking Laboratory. The major equipments include 20 light microscopes, 2 training microscopes, 2 automatic cell counters, 1 refrigerator and several centrifuges. Hopefully, these training will help the students be familiar with the techniques before they get graduated and work in clinical laboratories.
